You can use the Histopathology Atlas from inside AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. Ask for a diagnosis, organ or stain in English or Turkish; the assistant finds matching atlas cases and opens the whole-slide image in a zoomable viewer right in the chat.
- About 229 whole-slide images in 160 cases: H&E, histochemistry (PAS, Giemsa, Congo red…), immunohistochemistry (CD3, GFAP, Ki-67…) and cytology.

F.1 Connector address

F.2 Claude
Works on every Claude plan (the free plan allows one custom connector), on the web, desktop and mobile apps.
- Open Customize → Connectors, click +, then Add custom connector.
- Enter a name such as
Histopathology Atlas, paste the address above and save. - Start a new chat and enable the connector from the + menu in the message box.
F.3 ChatGPT
On ChatGPT for the web, Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu accounts can add it in Developer mode.
- Turn on Developer mode under Settings → Security and login.
- Go to chatgpt.com/plugins, click +, paste the address and choose No authentication.
- In a new chat, select the connector from the tools menu in the message box.
The same address also works in other MCP apps such as Codex, VS Code (Copilot) and Cursor; they show text answers with atlas links instead of the viewer.
